Step mother leaves step children in the code shop alone because their mother was late.
I am a 35 year old woman married to a man with 2 beautiful kids whom I adore so much and they used to both adore me but now the older child (girl) who is 11 has recently been showing me flames.
The 7 year old son is still the sweetest. I lost my job when I got married to their father, when consulting I was told that my husband's ex wife has a picture of me and under wear which she uses to deal with me.
I was told that whenever something good is about to happen in my life she uses the picture to block it. She puts the picture in a bottle, close it up and tie it with a red and black wool around it and that blocks my blessings.
It was further said that she is the reason I lost my job. But I kept trying to show her that I honestly came with a pure heart through her children. I love her children like they are my own. But the older one always reminds me every chance she gets that I am an unemployed adult milking her father.
She has even asked me why I don't ask my parents for money or why I don't live with my parents since I am not working. I didn't even tell her dad this because she is the sweetest around him and I doubt he would even believe me.
I kept quiet to protect my marriage. Not so long ago they came to visit us and I got a call that I have an interview the next week on a Monday. I then asked my husband to ask their mother to come fetch them on Sunday so that I can go to the interview.
That weekend, my husband was away for work coming back on Wednesday. The kids mother called to ask me to meet up with her at a coffee shop in town on my way to the interview.
I agreed but begged her to be there exactly at 7am. My interview was at 8am and it was 35 minutes drive from the coffee shop. 7am we are at the coffee shop, I ordered breakfast for the kids because I couldn't make them breakfast at home since I had to also get ready.
But I managed to wake them up, run bathing water for the older one and I bathed the little one and got him ready. I don't have kids of my own, I've been trying and I am still trying. Anyway I called to check how far she was and she said she would be there in the next 15 minutes.
We waited and at 7h30 she wasn't picking up my calls. I then asked the waiter to please watch the kids while they are waiting for their mom. I even took the waiters number so that I can call to check if their mother has arrived while on my way to the interview.
I was late for the interview by 5 minutes but I was given a chance to go ahead and get interviewed. After the interview I immediately called the waiter and I was told their mother had just arrived.
I then went straight home and next thing there was a knock on my door. She had called the cops on me for child negligence!!! Guys how??? She now wants to have a protection order against me. Is that even possible?
When I try to talk her out of it because the protection order would mean the kids can no longer visit their dad she then says he will go to the kids.
How does the law work on such matters? Was I wrong for leaving the kids? How I now wish I hadn't attended the interview because my husband is now treating different since the incident. He is training her side and what makes it worse is I didn't even get the job.
