Breaking Free from a Curse
I'm sharing my story, hoping it helps others. Life can be tough, and sometimes, unexpected things happen.
When I found out I was pregnant with a boy, I was overjoyed. My husband and I had dreamed of having a son, and this little bundle of joy brought us immense happiness. But little did I know, my happiness would be short-lived.
My husband's ex-wife, who lost a son during their marriage, allegedly sent her daughters to put a curse on my unborn child. I couldn't fathom why someone would do this, especially to an innocent child.
The curse was placed in a shocking way. During my pregnancy, the daughters stole my red underwear while visiting our home. Unbeknownst to me, they gave it to their mother, who took it to a Sangoma. The Sangoma placed the spirit of a wild animal on the underwear, intending to harm my child. The daughters then returned the underwear to our home, slipping it back into my laundry without raising suspicion.
Once I wore the underwear, the curse was transferred to my unborn son. I had no idea what was happening until I noticed strange behavior in my child as he grew older. He became restless, aggressive, and would often cry uncontrollably.
Concerned, I sought guidance from a Sangoma. To my shock, she confirmed a curse was indeed placed upon my child. Determined to protect my son, I approached the daughters respectfully and asked if their mother had sent them to harm my pregnancy. They confessed, confirming my worst fears.
I felt betrayed, angry, and scared. How could someone do this to an innocent child? But I knew I had to act.
Breaking the Curse
Our Sangoma guided us through several rituals to lift the curse:
1. *Cleansing Ceremony*: We burned sage and herbs to purify our home and drive out negative energies.
2. *Protection Ritual*: We lit candles and prayed for divine protection, surrounding my son with love and light.
3. *Ancestor Invocation*: We honored our ancestors, asking for their guidance and support in lifting the curse.
4. *Water Ritual*: We performed a cleansing bath for my son, using sacred water and herbs to wash away the curse.
With each ritual, my son's behavior improved. The wild animal spirit's influence began to fade, replaced by peace and calm.
Lessons Learned
This experience taught me:
- The power of love and faith in overcoming adversity
- The importance of seeking help and guidance
- The impact of jealousy and bitterness on others
- The strength of family and community support
To those facing similar struggles, don't hesitate to seek guidance. You're not alone. Remember:
- Your child's well-being is paramount
- Love and positivity can overcome negativity
- Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness
My story is a testament to the resilience of a mother's love. I hope it inspires others to seek help and never give up. More than anything I want the mother wherever she is that I have forgiven her and her daughters and I hope she heals from the tragic loss.
I'm also sorry that she went through all that and I wish my husband had done better to support her during her time of need. It is clear she suffered a lot and is still struggling. I totally understand where she is coming from but if only there were more better ways to handle the situation without harming innocent kids.
In this whole situation not only my son was a victim, but my step daughters too were victims. Imagine being taught witchcraft at such a tender age and putting people's lives in danger unknowingly. This surely would've haunted them in the near future when they are grown. They were manipulated and that's why I find it easy to forgive and forget.
Before meeting my husband,I was also divorced for not being able to give birth. Only to later discover that my ex husband was the problem. So having this son was everything I prayed for.
