I Made a Soul Tie with a Snake, and Now It Feeds on Me
I used to believe that money changes people, but that's not true. Money only reveals who you truly are. I grew up in poverty, watching my mother struggle to make ends meet and my father drink himself to death. Then I met Kamau, a wealthy man who seemed to have it all.
One night, Kamau called me to meet him at an abandoned house outside the city. I should have known better, but I was desperate for a way out of my situation. Inside the house, I found a massive snake coiled around a stone altar, surrounded by strange symbols drawn in blood.
Kamau handed me a knife and told me that there's no wealth without sacrifice. That's when I saw a young girl, barely sixteen, tied up and gagged. I knew I had to get out of there, but Kamau threatened to leave me in poverty if I didn't go through with the ritual.
I wish I could say I fought back, but I didn't. I was driven by my desire for wealth and power. I closed my eyes and pressed the blade against the girl's skin. As soon as I did, the snake spoke to me in my mind, telling me that the girl was mine now, and so was I.
The next thing I knew, I was waking up in my bed, covered in sweat. I received a message from my bank, informing me of a large deposit. But my joy was short-lived. I soon realized that I had made a terrible mistake.
The snake had become a part of me, feeding on my soul and demanding more blood and suffering in exchange for wealth. Every year, the hunger grows stronger, and I'm forced to feed it. If I refuse, I don't know what will happen, but I know it won't be good.
The snake is always watching me, waiting for me to slip up so it can feed again. I'm trapped in this nightmare, and I don't know how to escape. The money flows, but it's not worth the spiritual torture I'm enduring.
I'm sharing my story as a warning to others. Don't make the same mistake I did. Some things are more important than wealth and power. Your soul is one of them.
