Account Executive to Government

Client Liaison Executive to Government 

Our client has been awarded a 5 year contract by Government to manage specific transport administrative duties for the government. Our client now requires Account Executives to liaise with Government departments in order to train the relevant Government personnel in the application of the tender.

Our client is looking for applicants based in Limpopo, KZN, Western Cape and Gauteng (who have previous experience working with SAPS)

Duties will include

  • Training of clients
  • Preparation of reports to specific deadlines;
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer queries
  • Logging and tracking of card orders, cancellations, report requests
  • Liaison with the banks on issues affecting service delivery

Applicants must have:

  • Previous experience working with or in government
  • A relevant Post-Matric qualification
  • Their own transport (There will be extensive travel within the designated province)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word

Package:

Market related around R35 000 per month plus travel allowance.
