CLIENT SERVICE LEARNERSHIP – BEST MED

This Learnership will form part of the Youth Employment Service initiative and will be for a 12 month duration. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Receive comprehensive training in customer service, communication, and call centre operations. Learners will handle calls, assist members with queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Learners will also be required to complete their Youth Employment Service modules to gain their certificate.
