Driver / Crane Operator Needed

Our client, a well-established company based in George, is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver / Crane Operator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Description:

• Operate a crane safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety regulations
• Transport materials and equipment to and from sites as required
• Load and offload goods using the crane, ensuring secure handling
• Conduct daily vehicle and crane inspections and report any defects
• Maintain accurate delivery and operation records
• Comply with company policies, road traffic laws, and health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Code 10 – 14 Driver’s Licence
• Valid Crane Operator Licence
• Proven experience operating a crane safely
• Good knowledge of load handling and safety procedures
• Physically fit and safety conscious
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Previous experience in construction, logistics, or industrial environments
• Knowledge of the George and surrounding areas
