Job Advert: Learnership Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learnership Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training coordination, SETA/QCTO compliance and learnership administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Plan and schedule all training, including short courses and unit standard-based programs.
  • Manage stationery and training material stock, ensuring timely printing of materials for all scheduled training.
  • Maintain and update trackers and learner management systems.
  • Ensure client feedback reports are compiled post-training and submitted
  • Manage the day to day running of multiple projects
  • Have exposure with planning career fairs and graduations.

SETA & QCTO Compliance

  • Ensure the SETA LMS is always updated.
  • Conduct assessment/ trainer pack audits after receipt from trainers/assessors.
  • Accurately capture and maintain data related to learnerships, training and assessments.
  • Able to plan and conduct audits with clients and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining professional relationships with regulatory bodies.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Submit accurate reports and statistics on time.
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Ensure professional communication with clients and Students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in learnership coordination, training administration or Learning & Development.
  • Experience working with SETA, QCTO, and learnership compliance requirements.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Understanding of SETA processes, learnerships and DG and MG grants.
